A Bit of Background about Windham Bridge
Windham Bridge condominiums are located in Hartville, Ohio. The association includes 54 condo units. Thirteen buildings consist of four units, and one building is a duplex. Each unit has a one-floor plan and a full basement. The condominiums are within a few minutes drive to the Lake YMCA, the Lake Community Branch of the Stark County Library, various restaurants, retail merchants, and of course, the famous Hartville Marketplace and Flea Market.
In August 2001, Dean Windham of Noble Homes purchased property on Market Street, originally part of the Floyd Byler farm. The annexation of this land to the Village of Hartville was completed the same year. Mr. Windham decided to develop a condominium community, thinking that this would provide an appropriate transition between the light industry on the north and the single-family homes on the south.
The development was initially named “Willow Ridge” but changed to Windham Bridge in honor of Dean Windham’s father, Terrell Windham, who passed away in 2002. The streets were named after two of Windham's daughters, Abigail and Lauren.
Windham Bridge was recognized as Stark County's “Best Condominium Design and Community of the Year” in 2005.
